Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: personalized or custom-made items, earrings (due to hygiene reasons), and items purchased during a sale or promotional event.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damaged item to assist us in improving our products and packaging.
